For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise using our contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message. Within 48 business hours, we will e-mail you a return authorization including return procedures.
Because we provide subsidized shipping, we charge a 20% restocking fee items returned within 30 days of receipt due to reasons other than shipping damage or defect. Items damaged due to improper use or assembly cannot be returned. Once your merchandise has been returned to us and is in resellable condition, we will credit your credit card less restocking fees, shipping charges and the cost of return shipping.
For merchandise that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) using our contact form. We will make immediate arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you at no cost to you. At our option, we may request the return of the damaged or defective part or item and will send a return shipping label if so requested.
Please keep in mind that orders are cancellable until they are sent to our various warehouses for shipment. Generally most orders can only be canceled until midnight central time the day they are placed. If it is too late to cancel an order, you can always return the item to us within the 30 days of receipt. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, custom items are not returnable.
