To provide you with the best selection & prices, we ship from multiple locations all over the nation. As a result, depending on what you ordered and where you are located, your receipt date may vary.

Expedited shipment as well as day definite services are available for some products at an additional cost. However, we can generally "target" shipment for you so it arrives pretty close to when you need it without additional charges. Furthermore, some of the carriers are willing to "delay" delivery if you contact them ahead of time to hit a particular day. Most goods are shipped using standard carriers like UPS and FedEx. Once shipped, we will email you shipping information including tracking number(s), shipping service name, telephone number and website to track your order. It is normal for a multiple package shipment to ship on different days and arrive on different days. In most cases, UPS and FedEx do not require a signature and are willing to leave the goods if no one is available. Also leaving a note on the front door works like "Fedex...expecting package...leave on porch if no one is home".

A few items require freight delivery. Once shipped, we will email you shipping information including tracking number(s), shipping service name, telephone number and website to track your order. Once shipped via truck, you will need to contact the freight carrier and establish mutually agreeable receipt arrangements. You will need to be present to sign for the goods. Please note that all freight shipments are to the curbside only on a through street. You are responsible for moving the items into your home from the drop off location. Freight delivery personnel are not required to move the item beyond the drop off location (some will do so if you ask politely and offer a nice tip). However, we package goods so that when you remove the packaging materials, all components can be readily carried inside by one person.
